I am partial to any event with ghost chairs. I really (reeeeeally) wanted them for our wedding, but when you decide to get married in rural Georgia where people say “Phillippe who?” you tend to realize you’re not in the right market for it and having your rental company truck them in from someplace far away is kind of prohibitive. We wound up using Chiavari chairs (obviously) which, in terms of weddings, a friend of mine put very bluntly: You will never regret whatever that costs. As I am finally pulling together my wedding album, I couldn’t agree more. So: focus on it. Chairs. Very important. small diatribe via Southern California High-res
